- Device Identifiers: We collect your Android TV’s unique Hardware ID (UUID) solely for account authentication and to link your hardware to your authorized Venue License.
- Service Analytics & Game History: We track question-play timestamps and ad-rotation data. This is used exclusively to ensure content freshness and provide accurate inventory reporting in your Ad Manager.
- Approximate Location: We use your IP address to determine your general region, allowing us to provide localized content (regional trivia or time-zone-specific programming).
- Data Security: All communications between the app and our secure servers are encrypted via Industry Standard SSL (HTTPS).
- Third-Party Disclosure: SGME Software, LLC does not sell, rent, or share your venue's private engagement data or device information with third-party data brokers.
Information We Automatically Collect
- Location and traffic data (including IP address and browser type) to estimate taxes and shipping costs.
- Product pages visited and content viewed while your session is active.
- Account email/password to allow secure access to your management dashboard.
